From arriving in Australia at 22 with no corporate experience to becoming a Head of Department in 7 years and achieving the highest and sustained business E-NPS score, Steve’s journey is a testament to the power of ambition and growth. His passion for creating high-performing teams and purposeful leadership inspired the creation of Mindshift Lab — a space where clarity, alignment, and action come together to achieve lasting impact.
